- Urgent work stays visible
- The weekly review has clear steps
- Responsibilities are agreed with your restaurant
The review identifies the period and evidence
You should be able to tell which dates and accounts a report covers, whether inputs are complete and which source supports a material finding.
Example: an unconfirmed finish time
In this fictional example, an employee has a clock-in but no clock-out. The manager must confirm when the shift ended; the schedule provides context but does not establish the worked hours. The payroll approver receives the confirmed correction or a clearly identified open item.
The action has a person and a date
The review names who is checking the missing information and the relevant cutoff. The owner can see what is ready for approval and what still requires a decision. This illustrates a review format, not a customer result.
